This Policy explains what data Servified collects, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the app for clients and providers.
Account data (email, name, hashed password), provider profile data, booking and service data, device and diagnostics data, and security settings.
To provide sign-in, booking, and appointment management, send service notifications, prevent abuse, keep the app stable, and improve the product.
We process data to perform our agreement with users, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests of the service.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with vetted providers to the extent required to operate app features.
We apply encrypted transport, access controls, and organizational safeguards.
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide services. After deletion, data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period.
You may request access, correction, deletion, processing restriction, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.
